I’ve been a physical therapist for over 25 years and have had the pleasure of working with my husband in our clinic. We have traveled the world teaching and training other clinicians and helps hundreds of people. I’m also a mom to 4 incredible humans who bring me so much joy and happiness, okay a few struggles and worries too. Running is my jam, but I love to do anything outdoors, hiking, skiing and even gardening. Over the years, I had been caught up in all the busyness of work and family, feeling like I was on the Hamster Wheel, and tomorrow would just repeat. Can you relate? I wanted to be present more for our kids, our parents, and my husband. I wanted more passion in my life, I wanted more energy and vitality, and I wanted to feel fulfilled again. Somehow, I was just surviving, taking care of everyone else and I forgot to take care of me. How about you?

I’ve also been a physical therapist since 1994. I have specialized in treating neurologically involved clients like Kellie. I also had the pleasure to teaching other therapists nationally and internationally over the course of my career. Over the past 8 years, I’ve come to realize that many of the physical ailments that I’ve spent so much time helping others overcome, may have been totally preventable! Whether due to lifestyle choices or environmental factors. I have learned that one does not need to be the victim of their inherited genetics and we can optimize how our bodies function through, lifestyle choices and the amazing field of nutrigenomics. I now am passionate about teaching others how to get the most out of their lives and their bodies.
I love to stay active, enjoying tennis, golf, my martial arts, cycling as well as running around with duo pack of doodle! You just might see of few photos of them sprinkled in now and then.
