I am bursting at the seams because I cannot believe how amazing my entire family feels!! For over 4 years, I have suffered with chronic, severe arthritis pain. In the last year, the progression scared me to death. It was in my cervical spine, lumbar spine, right arm, right hip, and sciatica. I had shooting pain down both legs! My blood pressure was elevated and I had depression as a result.

I had tried everything from physical therapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, lumbar traction brace, lidocaine patches, other natural supplements such as turmeric, green tea, milk thistle, etc, TENS units, special cervical spine pillows, anti-inflammatories, most of which gave me nominal relief.

I have had a long history of health problems and spent most of my adult life trying to feel normal. I spent over 20 years of my life obese and exhausted fighting an autoimmune disease. I was in pain all the time, so I just wanted to rest as often as I could.
